Write Off and Wastage

Write Off and Wastage

This function is used if you need to write off some stock or a product that is wasted or cannot be sold.

1) From the POS screen, order the item you wish to write off
2) Press Function at the top of the screen
3) In the Functions window, select Write Off
4) You will be asked if you wish to write the items off. Select Yes
5) Select Notes and enter a reason then press Ok



Wastage Report

To get an Office report of the written off items, go to: Reports => Stock => Stock Lost Revenue
