Team Viewer Download

The POSbiz Support Team use Team Viewer to access your POS.
This is the easiest way for the team to see what you are trying to get help with, or for them to be able to show you

If you don't have Team Viewer, or are asked to download and give the ID please click on the link above - This will start a download of Team Viewer.
Once this is completed just click on the download on the bottom of the screen, or open the download from your downloads folder.
Follow the on screen prompts, and select 'Both of these options' when prompted for Personal or Commercial Use.
Once complete you can open Team Viewer from the desktop Icon

Inform the team of the 'Your ID' and 'Password'
