The Kitchen dockets can be configured in the Kitchen Docket Formatting section, at Maintenance > Interfaces > Printer Maintenance

When you go in there, select the kitchen printer that you want to adjust.

The most common reason to adjust things in here is to change the printing template:

This is where you can choose to group items by course ie 4 cheesecakes together rather than as 4 lines on the receipt.

To change the order of the serving courses on the receipt then you need to go into the menu editor and change the order there

Default = Serving Course

Course = Course name

Expanded = Separate individual items on the docket instead of being grouped together

You can also change the formatting of the docket, by selecting a section and clicking on Section Properties to adjust how that looks on the docket.
