When ordering to Tables in POSbiz, you have the option to Call Away a course once it is ready to be made.

This enables a whole order of Starters, Mains and Dessert to be entered to the POS, and when the diners are ready for the next course, this can be called away to the kitchen.

The kitchen will receive a docket stating that the table is ready for the course Called Away.

1) Order to a table as normal.

2) Once the table is ready for their next course, select the table.

3) Select Call Away.

4) Select the serving course to be Called Away.

5) Press Send.

The kitchen will be notified to start making this course.
