Activating A Member

If a member has been given a membership card, have them scan their barcode, or swipe their card to activate their membership.

If a member does not have their card, press the purple membership button and search for their name. Once found press Select

If there are any automatic membership specials these will be applied.
If a member has a voucher that can be used, you will be prompted to select the voucher.

Add A Member


When using Membership within POSbiz, new members can be added to earn points, receive discounts or receive your promotions.

1) From in POS, press the purple Membership Button
2) Press Add
3) Enter as much information as possible so that members can get the most out of your promotions.
The required fields are First Name, Last Name and Email Address

If the members are given a card
4) Press Add Card
5) Scan or swipe the card. The ‘Waiting for card swipe’ will disappear once read.

Once all information is added press OK 
This will save the members information
